The following is a lesson on how to read and understand the information presented to you in all presentations you receive. Bear in mind that anything dealing with law, government, tax and even education is deliberately convoluted and disguised so that the uninformed will never learn without complete dedication. I will do my best to reveal this information to you, but you will be responsible for your own dedication. My suggestion is for you to turn off the computer, phone and even music till you have understanding of both the magnitude of this endeavor and the danger that the uninformed are in.

Lets start with the word PUBLIC. Public, _n. (n stands for noun which as you know is a person place or thing. This is important to know and understand because according to the government, banks and courts we are all known as things. A person is a corporation, as you will see shortly, a place is a thing and obviously a thing is just what it says it is. So when reading this definition the noun applies to you and all people.) The whole body politic, or the aggregate of the citizens of a state, nation, or municipality. The inhabitants of a state, county, or community. (This shows you that the noun applies to everyone in a community or state.) In one sense, everybody, and accordingly the body of the people at large; the community at large, without reference to the geographical limits of any corporation like a city, town, or county; the people. In another sense the word does not mean all the people, nor most of the people, nor very many of the people of a place, but so many of them as contradistinguishes them from a few. (In other words, anything that makes a person different from unique, individual, informed or special.) Accordingly, it has been defined or employed as meaning the inhabitants of a particular place; all the inhabitants of a particular place; the people of the neighborhood. Also, a part of the inhabitants of a community.

Public, adj. (As a adjective public is used as a description of people who are not unique, not special, not informed and not aware.) Pertaining to a state, nation, or whole community; proceeding from, relating to, or affecting the whole body of people or an entire community. Open to all (Think about this, if it is open to all that means it is not hidden, top secret or special; everyone can know it.); notorious. Common to all or many; general; open to common use. Belonging to the people at large; relating to or affecting the whole people of a state, nation, or community; not limited or restricted to any particular class of the community. Peacock v. Retail Credit Co., D.C.Ga., 302 F.Supp. 418, 423.

As a contrast to PUBLIC which means everyone knows it or can know it, we are now going to look at the word PRIVATE. Private. Affecting or belonging to private individuals, as distinct from the public generally. (Please if you only catch one thing out of all of this before you fall back asleep and rest comfortably in the PUBLIC, understand that this word PRIVATE affects or belongs to private individuals completely distinct or different from the PUBLIC. A PRIVATE individual is interaction or information IS NOT, NOT OFFICIAL!!) Not official; not clothed with office. (Please catch this PUBLIC IS CLOTHED WITH OFFICE, PUBLIC IS A JUDGE, PUBLIC IS A JUDGES OFFICE. PUBLIC IS THE POLICE, THE COURTS AND PUBLIC PEOPLE ARE SUBJECT TO PUBLIC OFFICE.) People v. Powell, 280 Mich. 699, 274 N.W. 372, 373.

ANYTHING THAT IS NOT LABELED AS SPECIAL, SPECIFIC OR CONTRARY TO THE NORMAL, i.e. private vs private first clall, police vs detective, office or the law vs sheriff, on and on and on. Its up to you to identify what is special and unique. This is part of what it means to be PRIVATE AND NO LONGER PUBLIC. Making the decision to recognize yourself as PRIVATE and acknowledging that the PUBLIC DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU ANYMORE.
