To begin with on this day I want to give you a chance to follow along and also do your own study by providing the study materials I have been using. The first and foremost is of course Blacks Law 6th Edition. This dictionary is exclusive in its revealed knowledge of commercial law primarily. The second is Burtons Legal Thesaurus 4th Edition. This Thesaurus is powerful in the way it breaks down the information while at the same time being exhaustive in its provision of the many definitions that the same word has applied to it; determining on who is using it and for what reason it is being applied. The third tool is The Commercial Law Manual. Admittedly this book has been made so popular that sellers are charging outrageous amounts for it even though it is a very old book. The one I studied was produced in the 40s. This tool is priceless in its clear explanation and revelation of law and what it is and how it is used.
There are of course many books and published materials that you can use. These are just the ones that I have found work extremely well for me. There is however, no tool as powerful in the recounting of commercial law as the 6th Edition by Blacks Law and I highly recommend spending a great amount of time studying it.
Now I am going to recommend some terms including why they are important and how they can be applied.
I RESERVE ALL MY RIGHTS WITH EXPLICIT RESERVATION AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE This need only be applied to any correspondence with anyone and you will never be and legally can never be held accountable by any court for the information contained in the document.
WITHOUT PREJUDICE This can be applied to anything signature, thumb print, finger print naming or assigning towards yourself to assure that your signing is being coerced and therefore can not be held against you in any court of law.
I hope you enjoy this little message and get great value out of these terms as they can and will protect you even from the most ignorant of all official organizations or offices; including courts and any billing agency.
